We have had an extremely busy week all our roofers have worked extremely hard on New Builds, Flat Roof Systems, Alloy Gutters, Leadwork and Repairs/Maintenance work.

Re-roof in Wetherby
Recently completed re-roof in Wetherby in New Spanish Slates.
Aluminium guttering has been fitted and breathable membrane which is compatible with the insulation.
Newbuild at Menston
Progress of the works to the Newbuild at Menston. The roof has permeable felt, tanalised laths and green Brazilian slate. 
Completed Victorian Porch
Completed Victorian porch all in full compliance with lead code regulations.

Working on New Victorian Porch
Fixing of new code 5 lead forming upstands, drips and expansion joints with lead apron flashing to perimeter, securely fixed, dressed and pointed.
Preparation for new Victorian Porch Roof
Stripped off old roof covering and supplied and fixed new 18ml ply wood onto existing stone base ready to receive code 5 lead.
Works completed at Monastery
A recently completed re-roof at Linton in Marley Modern tiles.
We also supplied and fitted dry ventilating ridge, dry verge units which are all maintenance free, Velux roof lights and associated fittings and aluminium eaves gutter in OG profile Wolfin Tecotfin RV single ply membrane. All the works were supplied and fixed to manufacturer’s specification.
