Old Vicarage,  Aberford

Re-roofing programme of works: Recovered the roof with reclaimed Welsh slate to match the existing.  Re-bedded stone copings and pointed with lime mortar mix with a traditional finish.  Replaced lead soakers and valleys to Lead Code regulations.  Re-lined the ornamental stone gutters.  Supplied and fixed high density insulation.  Replaced the guttering to all elevations with new aluminium OG profile guttering system including rain water pipes.
