Managing director and experienced in all phases of the design and construction of roof systems; evaluation of existing systems; failure investigations of roofs and support structures; consultation with Architects and Engineers; development of Contract Document packages including plans, details, and specifications for repairing, re-roofing, recovering; construction planning and management; construction sequence planning; structural evaluation and design consideration for support structures; and roof observations during construction for quality assurance.

Diverse knowledge of roofing and materials. Qualified NVQ Level 3 Roofing & Slating at Leeds College of Building. City & Guilds 6055 Lead Workers Certificate, NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification and also gained CSCS status at heritage level. Sarnafil single ply system trained. Fatra approved installer. First aid trained.

Highly experienced craftsman/foreman with 18 years experience. Apprenticed trained at Leeds College of Building in Roof slating and tiling NVQ level 2. Lead Workers Certificate. NEBOSH Health & Safety qualified. He has achieved a CSCS Heritage status.
John Flanagan
Senior Foreman & Yard Manager
Over 35 years associated with the company
Served apprenticeship through Leeds College of Building and qualified to NVQ level III in Roofing & Slating. Achieved City & Guilds 6055 lead workers certificate, NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification, CSCS heritage status. An Axter trained torch on felt system contractor and also qualified in single ply as an approved installer.
Joe Smith
NVQ level 2 craftsman in slating and tiling, and has recently completed his Sika Plan single ply.
Lucas Clayden
Lucas joined the company in 2020 after completing his sports degree. Lucas started at the company as a labourer but has since trained to become a qualified Sika/Fatra single ply installer.
Matthew Walton
A highly experienced craftsman with 15 years experience with qualifications in slating, tiling and leadwork.
Jason Cooke
NVQ level 3 in roofing, slating and tiling. Has 23 years experience in the roofing industry.
Louis Faldini
Joined the company 2 years ago, training in all aspects of roofing, tiling, slating and leadwork.
