I know the building inspector said he only had to look at the materials they were using and the way they were setting about their work to feel reassured that this was going to be a good job. Our neighbours have also remarked on their professionalism and the clear attempt they made to keep the site tidy and to minimise inconvenience. From a personal point of view they were great to have about the place despite the noise and the inevitable mess. Always cheerful, always polite and always well spoken. They were even washing up their tea mugs !’’
