Project to commence.   Scaffolding erected. Works will comprise of stripping and recovering of slate roof incorporating insulation with new tanalised laths, permeable felt and new cladding to dormer cheeks.

Supplied and fitted new code 5 lead to 17th Century property.   All lead work supplied and fixed to lead code recommendations.  

Replacement lead valley recently completed to old stone roofed property. The lead valley failed and replaced in code 5 lead and all associated works.  All lead works completed in full compliance with lead code regulations.

New cowls and flaunching to chimney stack in preparation for winter.

Cottage re-roofed in Redland Clay Tiles, mechanically fixed dry ventilating ridge.  New leadwork to copings and chimney stacks all to lead code recommendations.

Front elevation nearing completion.
