Recovering large Victorian through terraced property in Headingley, Leeds 6.

Re-slating with reclaimed Welsh slates on tanalised laths, permeable under slaters felt with UPVC trays to the eave detail.  Installing 50 mm rigid board insulation to Building Code regulations.  Replacement of the guttering with new aluminium OG profile system, with a powder coat finish; which requires no painting.  Replacing all lead work to three chimneystacks, valleys, abutments and copings all to Lead Code regulations including coating of pattination oil on completion.
