Nearing completion in second hand/reclaimed Welsh slate roof covering in Headingley, Leeds 6. After removal of existing roof covering old timbers were found to be rotten requiring our craftsmen carpenter to replace: wall plate, spars, hip rafters and ridge tree in treated timber. Installed 300 mm insulation quilt. New lead box gutters. With blue capped ridge in mortar with a traditional finish.
