Stripped off lead and grinded out pointing and flaunching in preparation for new works. Renewed leadwork around chimney, reflaunched and pointed.

Strip off existing roof and set slates aside for reuse. Supplied and fitted new felt and laths. Recovered roof with existing slates making out any deficiencies from our stock.
