The roof is now stripped and re-felted with permeable underslaters felt, tanalised laths and recommencing works to slating incorporating new soakers to the dormer cheeks prior to installation of new UPVC cladding and lead work.

Re-roofed mid back to back terrace property in Second hand Welsh slate with upgraded insulation complying with current building code regulations. The dormer has been recovered including UPVC cladding, fascias and gutters in the Leeds 18 area.
