Works in progression.   Slating works being carried out to the above.

We have commenced works on this 18th Century property.   The works to be carried out are a re-roof in Burlington slates, re-building chimney stack, new ornamental bespoke corbles, fascias and new OG progile gutter.

Our craftsman busy re-slating the eave detail following installation of new cast aluminium gutters.

Due to location and risk of theft we have relined box gutter with Wolfin Single Ply.

Recently replaced flat roof system in torch on felt at Boston Spa with new insulation and new decking forming upstands to rooflights. Photos of decking and completed works.  

We are now near to completion of works.   Scaffold soon to be dismantled.

Recently completed torch on felt system in Leeds with upgraded insulation to comply with current building code regulations and a ten year warranty.
